APPRENTICESHIPS
We’re proud to offer a comprehensive apprenticeship scheme in partnership with EMTEC (Part of Nottingham College) – one of the UK’s leading automotive training providers. Our programme is designed to equip aspiring professionals with hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and a supportive working environment across a range of roles including Light Vehicle Technician and Customer Service Advisor. As an Apprentice, you can expect to gain real world experience in one of our modern branches, working alongside an experienced professional who is committed to nurturing the next generation of talent in the automotive sector.
Through our close partnership with EMTEC, apprentices benefit from structured off-the-job training at their state-of-the-art automotive training centre in Ruddington, including specialist modules in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and maintenance. This ensures our apprentices are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for the future of the industry, alongside traditional automotive training. STAFF TRAINING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Joining Lindleys Autocentres will provide you with numerous opportunities for further training, qualifications, and skill development.We collaborate with market-leading training providers to offer Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications in automotive repair and servicing, as well as specialist diagnostic training, electric vehicle (EV) training, MOT testing, and much more.We are committed to supporting your continuous development. WORK EVENTS
Every year we host a company-wide summer party where all staff and partners are welcome, at this event, we also host our annual awards where we recognise and celebrate the exceptional efforts of our team members.We also have a Christmas party each year for the whole team, in addition to this each branch also gets a monthly budget to take their team out for a bite to eat.
