Paul Wright Appointed Managing Director

 

We’re excited to announce that Paul Wright has been appointed Managing Director of Lindleys Autocentres, effective from 1st April 2025. Paul will report directly to CEO Alex Lindley.

The appointment was shared at our recent Managers Offsite Meeting and marks a key step forward as we continue to strengthen our leadership and invest in the future of the business.

Bringing Experience, Focus, and a People-First Approach

Paul joins the senior leadership team with extensive experience in the automotive sector. In recent months, he’s been working with Lindleys in a consultancy role — collaborating with teams across our branch network, identifying opportunities, and supporting operational improvements. His impact has already been felt by both staff and customers alike.

Paul’s leadership style is grounded in trust, performance, and collaboration — values that are central to how we operate at Lindleys.
