Lindleys Autocentres Sponsors Mercedes GLA for Switch Up’s Mission
With the festive spirit in full swing, Lindleys Autocentres delivered a significant Christmas surprise to Dr. Marcellus Baz BEM from Switch Up. This gesture marked the handover of a new, Lindleys-sponsored Mercedes GLA—a vehicle that will play a pivotal role in transporting vital goods, supporting students in Nottingham and Mansfield, and reinforcing our enduring commitment to charity partnerships.

The Mercedes GLA isn’t just a vehicle; it’s a symbol of generosity and community support. Switch Up, led by the commendable Dr. Marcellus Baz BEM, is set to utilise this powerful asset to transport essential goods across the city. This includes aiding students from Nottingham and Mansfield in their endeavors to compete on a national scale—a testament to the far-reaching impact that collaborations like these can have.
This new addition to Switch Up’s fleet is not an isolated act of charity but a continuation of Lindleys Autocentres longstanding commitment to supporting the community. Through our charity partnership, every time a customer uses our services, 25p from that invoice is donated to the cause in the form of a monthly donation. Since the inception of this collaboration, we are proud to announce that over £50,000 has been donated, directly benefitting the most vulnerable individuals across Nottinghamshire.
At Lindleys Autocentres, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. Our charitable initiatives extend beyond the Christmas period, with ongoing contributions such as food bank collections and monthly financial donations making a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most. As we celebrate this Christmas handover, we invite you to learn more about the incredible work carried out by Switch Up and the positive change our partnership has instigated.

We are proud to play a role in supporting Switch Up’s mission and are dedicated to continuing our charitable efforts throughout the year. To discover more about the impactful work of Switch Up and Lindleys’ ongoing initiatives, please visit https://www.marcellusbaz.co.uk
