Main Job Purpose
To work as part of the Centre team to carry out part fitting, some servicing and some mechanical repairs on Customer vehicles in accordance with the ‘Standards of Service’ contributing to the delivery of 100% Customer Satisfaction.
Tyres, Wheel alignment, Basic suspension, Basic and Advanced Brakes, Basic engine knowledge, Full servicing, Interim servicing and general maintenance, Oil Changes, Exhausts, Batteries, Air-Conditioning.
APPRENTICE SERVICE ADVISOR
As an apprentice service advisor, you're role is the liaison between the customer and service technicians working in the garage. You would work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions. Additionally, you are responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, and estimating costs.
